Mithilfe einer H\u00f6henkarte, Locatorn und Python-gest\u00fctzten Workflows erstellte ich ein pr\u00e4zises topografisches Gel\u00e4ndenetz und best\u00fcckte das Gel\u00e4nde anschlie\u00dfend mit\u00a0 f\u00fcnf Haustypen der Helma,\u00a0 mit Einfahrten, Vorg\u00e4rten, Bordsteinen, Stra\u00dfenm\u00f6blierung, Bepflanzung, Personen und Fahrzeugen. The concept envisioned presenting the quarter through a digital real estate agent, implemented using MetaHumans within Unreal Engine. I produced custom motion capture using Quickmagic and a single camera, cleaned and retargeted the animation data, and captured facial animation for lip-sync with AI-generated voice (ElevenLabs).\nSome plots are not yet fully developed in the visualization.
