Spaces you can explore yourself
I develop spatial 3D applications that let users control the camera and move through a building or site — smoothly, directly in the browser, on desktop and smartphone, with no app download.
For the Akademie Deutscher Genossenschaften, I created a virtual tour of Schloss Montabaur featuring 3D scans, narration, historical overlays, and a fully navigable Knights’ Hall.
Services

Virtual Tours
Explorable 3D environments for real estate, historic buildings, and exhibitions — including areas that are otherwise inaccessible.

Digital Twins
Detailed models of historic buildings for academies, foundations, and museums, based on 3D scans created with tools such as Polycam.

Browser-Based 3D
WebGL applications built with Spline that run without installation, and Unreal Engine with Blueprints for demanding real-time projects.

Game-Ready Assets
Optimized 3D models for games, VR/AR, and real-time configurators — with defined polygon budgets, clean LOD levels, two UV channels, and PBR textures from Substance 3D Painter.
